Q? What Is A Purchase Order?
Answer: A Purchase Order (PO) is a contract issued by a buyer (you) to Crystal Beverage Company (CBC). The PO indicates the products, quantities, buyers agreed prices for products, etc. that CBC will provide to the buyer. Both parties must adhere the terms of the PO. A PO will be processed and a Confirmation will be sent to you agreeing to or declining your request.
Q? Why must I create a Purchase order?
Answer: We use the PO and Confirmation documents to create a written agreement between the buyer and CBC.
Q? What is A PO Number? Who determines the PO Number?
Answer: The PO number is any alphanumeric number used to track and process the order. All correspondence/ communication sent must include the PO number. Also the Po Number is created by either the buyer or CBC
